Poster girl of late 90's & early 2000 and bollywood actor Sonali Bendre Behl has been diagnosed with high grade cancer. Sonali took to Instagram and Twitter to share this heart-rending news with her fans.
Sonali also added that she is undergoing treatment in New York and has her family and friends to support her. Quirkily, Sonali played the role of a doctor in Kal Ho Naa Ho, set in New York treating a patient with a terminal disease.
Bollywood colleagues wished her speedy recovery. Superstar Akshay Kumar, who frequently co-starred with Sonali on a lot of films was reported to have met Sonali in New York. He reportedly said, “I know that Sonali is a fighter. May God help bring her back in the best of health!”
