Melissa sees herself as a very evolved actress! She hopes to make it big in Hollywood; she feels she has it in her to make it as one of the top actresses. She sees herself essaying roles in dramas and feels she has a profile like Eva Green, Paz Vega and Penelope Cruz.

Melissa didn't see any film from India, till she was selected to be featured as Model of the Week. She saw a couple of movies and was bowled-over by the act of Ranbir Kapoor, particularly in the film Barfi. She thinks she would love to dance onto the Bollywood numbers!
